After the debate debacle, President Biden needs a Hail Mary; in fact, he can have two. Mr. Biden may not score on pompous style, but he will win on world-changing substance if he can resolve the two bêtes noire of foreign affairs: the Israeli-Palestinian Conflict (including the Israeli-Hamas War) and the Russo-Ukrainian War. The PEIS Plan is a novel three-state solution that gives the Israelis and Palestinians the things they cherish the most, and the CURD Plan is a comprehensive peace plan that allows Ukraine and Russia to declare their own victory. Let Mr. Biden Win the Election with these Two Peace Plans

Please urgently forward the following two peace plans to President Biden. He can change the tenor of animosity in the Middle East and Ukraine into one of hope. 

The PEIS Plan is a novel three-state solution to resolve the Israeli-Palestinian Conflict (including the Israeli-Hamas War); this path not taken can succeed because it gives the Israelis and Palestinians the things they cherish the most. The CURD Plan is a comprehensive peace plan that allows Ukraine and Russia to declare their own victory; it offers a path for an interim ceasefire followed by a peace agreement and a future without Putinic wars.

It does not matter if the Israelis, Palestinians, Ukrainians, or Russians will, in the end, adopt the Plans or not; by promoting the PEIS Plan and CURD Plan, two out-of-the-box deus-ex-machina Plans, he will force the warring parties to pause the fighting to consider these never-seen-before proposals. Having two viable and visionary Plans on the table will boost Mr. Biden's standing in the upcoming election over his big-hat-no-cattle opponent. If one or both Plans also got endorsed by the warring parties, President Biden would be the first-ever president in the history of the U.S. to have solved a conflict or two that everybody deems intractable.

The PEIS Plan is a three-state-triple-win plan for the Israeli-Palestinian Conflict. It stands for the "Palestinian-Egyptian-Israeli-Sinai" peace plan. It proposes that Egypt sell the "bad" part of the Sinai Peninsula to the Palestinians and use the proceeds for its stalled economy. The Palestinians sell the West Bank to Israel and use the remittance to pay the Egyptians and build a New Palestinian state that combines its Sinai purchase with the Gaza Strip for a new country that is 50% bigger than Greater Israel, six times larger than the landlocked West Bank, contiguous from the Mediterranean Sea on the North to the Gulf of Aqaba on the South, free-standing with an unrestricted air space, and ample enough to welcome home the returning diaspora with homestead resettlement and land compensation. The Muslim Quarter in Jerusalem belongs to this new nation as its cultural capital. The Israelis buy the West Bank (minus the Jerusalem enclave) from the Palestinians and finally fulfill their immemorial yearning for the "Land of Israel" with Judea and Samaria under full international recognition. There will be no expulsion of Palestinians out of the transferred West Bank: Those who choose to stay will have the New Palestinian citizenship and Israel's native residency - a special status that grants non-citizens all the local rights of a citizen. The PEIS Plan can succeed where others have failed because it provides three winning outcomes: prosperity for the Egyptians, nationhood for the Palestinians, and permanent peace and territory for the Israelis. The CURD Plan is a comprehensive double-victory plan to end the Russo-Ukrainian War. This "Crimea-Ukraine-Russia-Donbas" peace plan has two underlying Propositions. With Ukraine having declared Crimea as part of its constitutional sovereignty, Proposition 1 has Russia to annul the annexation and return Crimea to Ukraine, and as the sovereign owner, Ukraine to voluntarily sell it to Russia in a non-monetary and internationally recognized transaction. With the Russian leader having expressed a vision of a Grand Russia for all Slavic Russians, Proposition 2 separates the concepts of land and people, with Ukraine regaining the sovereignty of the occupied territories and Russia retaining the sovereignty of the separatist population living in those territories. The CURD Plan contains 18 comprehensive Points. The first 4 Points codify the above Propositions. The remaining 14 Points outline concessions to facilitate the non-monetary transaction, assist in the post-war reconstructions in both countries, and establish a lasting peace between them. The intricacies of the Points allow Ukraine and Russia to sign one common peace plan and then declare their own separate victories to their audiences.
